Seabed 2030 colleages are attending the AGU Fall Meeting 2019 this week from 9th - 13th December in San Fransisco, getting involved in seabed mapping sessions 'Beyond Hydrography: Seafloor Mapping as Critical Data for Understanding our Oceans'.

The oral session (0800 - 1000 on Monday, December 9th in Moscone West, 2002, L2) included eight talks plus a brief special introduction from Timothy Gallaudet, (Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere and Deputy NOAA Administrator, Rear Admiral, Ph.D., USN Ret).

The poster session comprised 24 presentations on a range of mapping topics (1340 - 1800 on Monday, December 9th in the Moscone South poster hall).

Colleagues are also manning a Seabed 2030 booth in the exhibit hall (booth 218). We would be glad to meet you to discuss the Project and how to get involved.
