Seabed 2030 enters new partnership with Terradepth in a collaboration that will boost project’s crowdsourcing initiatives

Seabed 2030 project have announced a new partnership which will utilize Terradepth's geospatial data portal known as Absolute Ocean. Seabed 2030 will use Absolute Ocean as a data visualization and exploration tool as part of the international effort to map the entire ocean floor. The announcement was made on the heels of the 2022 United Nations Ocean Conference in Lisbon, Portugal.

Seabed 2030 Project has entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Ocean Research Project (ORP). The parties will work together to support the global effort in pursuit of mapping the world’s ocean floor, especially in polar regions through ORP’s upcoming expedition, GO-MARIE.

Seabed 2030 and Seatrec launch Project NEMO (Novel Echosounder to Map the Ocean) as part of a newly signed memorandum of understanding. The project will aid ocean mapping in some of the world’s most remote and inaccessible areas.

The Nippon Foundation-GEBCO Seabed 2030 Project signs collaboration agreement with the UK Hydrographic Office

Seabed 2030 Project has today signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO), which will see the parties work together to advance the industry’s understanding of ocean bathymetry, and in support of the Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development.
