The General Bathymetric Chart of the Oceans (GEBCO) is a joint project of the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) and UNESCO’s Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC).
The purpose of this survey is to review user requirements and contributions to GEBCO products in order to identify ways to strengthen future IOC contributions to GEBCO from the oceanographic community and broader maritime end-users perspectives.
Ocean stakeholders including Member State representatives, experts nominated by relevant IOC technical and regional subsidiary bodies, industry partners and civil society organizations are invited to take part.
